Bodell Podiatry is operating out of Oncology Recovery Services Inc on Grosvenor Street, Woollahra. If visiting by car, there is a small amount of street parking on Grosvenor street. Alternatively Westfield has free parking.

Shockwave Therapy
Radial Shockwave Therapy uses high pressured acoustic shockwaves that travel through the skin to break down targeted tissue and stimulate tissue repair.

Shockwave Therapy works by applying pressure waves to increase the blood flow to the affected area. This breaks down calcification deposits and stimulates fibroblast (soft tissue cell) production - healing ligaments, tendons, muscles. It also stimulates the “gate-control” mechanism for pain relief and inhibits Cox II Enzyme, producing an anti-inflammatory effect.
Payments
The cost of an appointment is $200 for an initial appointment, and on going appointments are $155.
You can claim some of this cost back from Medicare or your private health insurer, we have Hiicaps facilities to be able to claim on the spot in the clinic.
